Pop-Up Ring Toss

This game is called Diggin PopOut Ring Toss.

It can be purchased here.

Ring Toss

This game is great because it is a pop-up game, and it takes very little work to set it up!  HOORAY!!!

It comes in a handy draw-string bag, so you won't easily lose any pieces, and it doesn't take up too much space.

The rings (3 of each color) are made of foam, the lightweight aspect adds a bit of a challenge trying to get the rings over the posts (made of pool-noodle material).  The posts attach with velcro, which sometimes comes loose from the foam noodles and sticks to the opposite velcro piece.  (Some hot glue could probably fix that, although it doesn't bother me so far, so I just let it be.)

Gameplay

The gameplay is pretty straightforward.  When the child answers the review question correctly, they come forward to play the game.  They get 3 chances to toss their team colored rings onto the posts.  The center ring is worth more than the front posts, and the back posts are worth more than the previous posts.  For younger children, have them stand pretty close to the game when tossing the rings.  I suggest you experiment with the distance a child must stand when playing, because it is a little difficult due to the lightweight foam.
